Internal Events and Training

The WSUD Program’s Internal Events and Training program comprises two complimentary streams, the WSUD Technical Training Program and WSUD Capacity Workshops:

WSUD Technical Training ProgramSeeking to increase the technical skills and knowledge of individuals implementing WSUD, the Technical Training Program will involve the licensing (and review to ensure regional contexts are considered) of training modules developed by Water Sector stakeholders and other Australian Capacity Building Programs.

WSUD Capacity Workshops
The Capacity Workshops will seek to address key regional knowledge gaps identified by the WSUD Program. For example, stakeholder engagement, asset management systems and life cycle costing parameters.  Sessions will be coordinated by the Sydney Metropolitan CMA. Currently there are no workshops planned as the WSUD in Sydney Program is working with councils to assess their capacity building needs.
